After approximately two years of cooperation, the company Novicom, s.r.o. left the SUDOP GROUP a.s. and the SITCO business-investment platform.
This change took place on April 29, 2024, following the mutual agreement of all participating companies with regard to different strategies. The IT companies of the SUDOP group focus mainly on the creation of custom applications, the providing consultations or the delivery of infrastructures through direct sales, while Novicom creates standard solutions in the field of network management and cyber security, which it delivers exclusively through its partner network.
"From now on, Novicom will again present itself on the IT market as an independent manufacturer of network and security solutions. For our existing partners and customers, this will mean more direct communication, consolidation of existing relationships and a better perspective of developing further cooperation, including the introduction of new products and services to the market," says Jindřich Šavel, CEO of Novicom.
"The end of the cooperation was in a positive spirit, with the fact that we anticipate continuing cooperation with several companies from the SUDOP group in the area of selling Novicom solutions at the level of Novicom partners. We wish the entire SUDOP group much success in implementing its strategy and achieving the goal of being among the top 5 groups of IT suppliers in the Czech Republic," added Jindřich Šavel.
